The Magic Formula

(Im doing this from my phone so i apologize for not including links and images at this time) But oh my god they look great so far. My two favorite so far are Odric, Master tactician (to those of you that bought the Kaalia EDH deck when it came out, his ability is similar to the card Master Warcraft) and the new lilliana (i can’t remember her full name at the moment, maybe keith or joe will know).

Odric is a four drop white human soldier, and the ability that i like most from him is the ability to choose which creatures (if any) can block and who they block when odric + a certain number of other creatures attack. And the new lilliana variant is basically black mana excel. Her +1 is search your library for a swamp (this does not mean only basic lands, but also the shocklands from the original ravnica or the very first dual lands), and then her second ability, a -2 i believe, gives target creature +x/+x or -x/-x (i think, im doing this from memory) equal to the number of swamps you control (once again, this isnt limited to basic lands) and her final ability, i forget the cost on it, is that all swamps have “tap: add four black mana to your mana pool”. For a four drop, 2 B 2 colorless that starts at three loyalty counters i think shes my favorite variant of lilly yet, and i can see some nice things happening for the golgari (G/B) in RtR this october, though for now i dont think shell be too viable in standard.
